Shipping policy

Customs and Import Taxes 

The buyer is responsible for paying additional costs such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may apply upon delivery. 

For U.S. customers: As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis (duty-free threshold) for low-value imports (US $800 and below) into the United States has been suspended. As a result, all orders shipped to the U.S. are now subject to a 35% tariff, regardless of order value.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable tariffs, customs or brokerage duties, and import fees. We are not responsible for these additional charges. If you have any questions about these fees, please reach out to us or contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed in 1-10 business days. 

  • Stock products: 1-5 business days.
  • Custom-made orders: 1-10 business days (may take longer if additional details are needed).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). Delivery times are dependent upon the selection made during checkout. 

Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options and speeds at checkout - please select the one that best suits your needs. If you're looking for a shipping option that isn't listed, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Free shipping for orders over $120 CAD in Canada.
  • Free shipping for orders over $110 USD in USA. Customers are responsible for any applicable tariffs, customs or brokerage duties, and import fees even when free shipping is applied.

  • Canada: Standard FREE shipping via lettermail without tracking. Tracked shipping options by Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost are available at checkout. 
  • USA: Standard shipping without tracking. Tracked shipping options are available at checkout. 

All other products: 

  • Canada: Expedited, Xpresspost and Priority shipping with Canada Post options available. Prices will be shown at checkout based on your location. 
  • USA: Small Packet (no-tracking), Expedited, Tracked Packet and Xpresspost shipping with Canada Post options available. Prices will be shown at checkout based on your location.
