Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept returns for stock products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. To initiate a return, please contact us to begin the process. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions (ie. where to send your package). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom-made products are final sale and non-refundable. However, your experience is a priority, so if you have any concerns about your order, please contact us—we're happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method immediately. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at contact@3dbility.com

Shipping Charges:  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. 

CANCELLATIONS

  • Stock products: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once you receive it.

  • Custom products: Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase. If we have already started production, the order cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@3dbility.com as soon as possible. Once your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method immediately. However, please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES UPON DELIVERY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Minor damage to the packaging is not considered "defective."

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the product. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider a shipping option with tracking number as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
