We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@3dbility.com as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return for a refund once you receive the product by sending it back to us. Please see our refund policy more details.
For custom products: If we have already started making your order, it cannot be canceled. Returns are not accepted for custom products.
When will my order arrive?
Stock products: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.
Custom-made orders: Typically processed within 1-10 business days. If we need further details from you, processing may take longer.

What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the USA. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the option selected at checkout.
For U.S. customers: Orders under $800 USD are not subject to tariffs (as of March 20, 2025). Orders exceeding $800 USD may incur tariffs.
We are not responsible for any additional customs or duty fees that may apply.

Can I return an item?
Stock products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom made products: Returns are not accepted. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us to discuss and resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damage. Note: Minor damage to the shipping box does not qualify as a damaged item.

How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted if:
- The item is eligible for return (stock products only).
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us to begin the process. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
My order never arrived, what should I do?
For orders shipped with lettermail (no-tracking): If you haven’t received your order within 3-4 weeks from the shipment date, contact us for assistance. Shipping delays with Canada Post are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to help.
For orders shipped with tracking number: If the item is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, or if it's stuck in transit, you can either:
- Contact the courier company directly to start an investigation.
- Contact us, and we can initiate an investigation on your behalf.
While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will do our best to assist. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may issue a refund or replacement.

What type of material do you use?
We use non-toxic, biodegradable, and environment-friendly materials made from plant-derived materials like corn starch and sugarcane.
Are 3D-printed parts food safe?
No, our 3D-printed products are not food-safe and should not come into direct contact with food. However, the stainless steel bowl inserts included with our pet feeding dishes are food-safe.
Are 3D-printed parts dishwasher safe?
No, 3D-printed parts are not dishwasher safe. Please hand-wash them in lukewarm water with mild detergent.
Are the stainless steel inserts dishwasher safe?
Yes, the stainless steel inserts used in our pet feeding bowls are dishwasher safe.
Are your products for cats or dogs?
Our products are designed for both cats and dogs, with a range of bowl sizes suitable for each. Some products may also be suitable for other pets.
How do I know if slow feeder bowls are suitable for my pet?
Slow feeder bowls prevent dogs & cats from inhaling their food with large gulps, allowing them to work for their food and pace their meals. There are a couple of other benefits including improved digestion and mental stimulation.
BUT SLOWFEEDERS MIGHT NOT BE SUITABLE FOR EVERY PET.
You will need to work with your furry friend to make sure they get used to this new way of eating and they do not hurt themselves while adjusting to their new slow feeder bowl.
You need to always monitor and supervise them while they use their bowl. If they don’t use it properly, then you should remove it.
How do I determine the right size of bowl for my pet?

What is a 3D-printed part like?
3D printing technology is a layer-by-layer manufacturing process. This can sometimes result in minor imperfections such as layer lines or small deformities. These do not affect the functionality of the product. Although we do our best to minimize this by post-processing the product, this may not be eliminated completely.
Do you make accessories for other toolbox systems or brands?
We plan to expand our product line to support other toolbox systems in the future, but we don’t have a set timeline yet. Check back with us in a few months for updates. If you have specific requests, feel free to contact us—we’d love to hear your favourite brands!
